How quickly do you reply?
We usually reply within 2 hours, and always within 24. Real people read and answer every email, including at weekends, though replies can be a little slower during holidays.
Do you have a phone number or live chat?
No. Support is by email, so we can look into your account properly and keep a record of what we've agreed. It's usually faster than waiting on hold.
My course isn't showing after I paid. What do I do?
Email support@teflmasters.com with your full name, the email you used at checkout and the course you bought, with a subject such as "Course access issue". We'll confirm your payment and enroll you manually.
Where do I pay and log in?
On our learning platform at tefl.institute. When you enroll, you pay there by card or PayPal and create your login. If you enrolled on teflmasters.com before the move, log in through our student login page.
How much do the courses cost?
$29 for the 120-hour Online Specialist, $49 for 120-hour Premium, $59 for 168 hours and $69 for 220 hours, paid once in US dollars. From Premium up, you can add Practical Assignments (+$20) or Practical Demos (+$40), marked by a tutor.
What's included in the $29 course?
The accredited 120-hour core curriculum with online teaching built into every unit, real ESL classroom video in selected units, quizzes, technical support, TEFL recruiter links, 6 months to finish and a QR-verified digital certificate. Tutor support starts with the $49 Premium course.
How long do I have to finish?
6 months for the $29 Online Specialist course and 12 months for every other course. If you need more time, email us before your access ends.
Can I get a refund?
There's a 14-day money-back guarantee. A full refund isn't possible once you've gone beyond Unit 4, in line with our terms and UK and EU consumer law.
How can an employer check my certificate?
By scanning the QR code on it, using the verification form on our certificate page or emailing us with the certificate number and the graduate's family name.
Is TEFLmasters legitimate?
