Try these 5 quick fixes
Most login problems are one of these. Work down the list and tick each one as you try it.

Check your email for a hidden space
Copy and paste can add a space before or after your email. Click in the email box and check the start and the end, then delete any extra spaces.

Type your password, don't paste it
Pasting can sneak in a space or miss a letter. Typing it by hand is the most reliable way.

Show your password
Tap the eye icon in the password box to see what you've typed, and check it's right before you log in. Watch out for Caps Lock.

Clear any saved password
Your browser might fill in an old password by itself. Clear the box first, then type your password fresh.

Try a private window
Old cookies can stop a correct password from working. A private window skips them all in one go.
